Vietnam is the world's largest cashew processor, and the grading language is the AFI standard every buyer works to. We supply the full white wholes range, scorched grades and pieces, vacuum packed for export.

The grades we ship
Cashews are graded to the AFI standard the whole trade works to. Wholes command the premium; scorched grades and pieces cost less for identical kernel.
White wholes, W180 to W450
Ivory kernels, unbroken, graded by count per pound. W320 is the most traded size worldwide; W180 is the largest and scarcest. Vacuum packed and cartoned.
Best for: retail packing, gifting, roasted and salted snacks.
Scorched wholes, SW and SSW
Whole kernels that picked up colour during roasting. The flavour and the size are unchanged, only the shade, so they cost meaningfully less than white wholes of the same count.
Best for: confectionery, bakery, nut butters, anything roasted or coated.
Pieces, LWP and SWP
Large and small white pieces from kernels broken in shelling. Same kernel, no premium for shape.
Best for: baking, cereal and snack bars, cashew butter, curry pastes.
Origin and processing
Raw nuts are sourced from Binh Phuoc and Dong Nai, the heart of Vietnamese cashew growing, then shelled, peeled, graded and packed at partner facilities.
Kernels are vacuum packed and cartoned to your required tin or pouch size. Metal detection and moisture checks run on every lot before sealing.
